02. Accelerate

This is for you if you have an idea of what you’d like to achieve but aren’t sure on the best way to achieve it.This is an intensive half or full day coaching and mentoring session designed to accelerate your business performance by clearly mapping out your strategy and tackling your biggest challenges head on.

You’ll leave this session with renewed focus, a plan to help you achieve your goals and solutions to some of your key challenges.

What’s included:

- A 15-minute chemistry call to check I can help you and we’re a good fit (this is on me)

- A pre-session workbook to analyze your current position, goals, challenges and initial thinking

- A proposed agenda for the session agreed in advance plus additional briefing for any preparation work required

- A half (3.5 hours) or full day (7 hours) coaching and mentoring session on Zoom or Face to Face (this may incur additional expenses)

- A written report will be sent to you after the session documenting key actions and any further thoughts on the points discussed.

- Email support to answer any questions that may come up following the session

This package currently includes a complimentary 45 minute follow up session 2-4 weeks after the session.
